One of the way how to overcome breathing trouble for asthma desease are : 
A. Shoulder Breathing
 1. Stay in stand position
 2. Take breathing deeply
 3. Take chin to chest
 4. Take both shoulder up ahead 
 Repeat above step 4-5 times

B. Chest Breathing
 1. Stay in stand position
 2. Up your head slowly and breath
 3. Hold a minutes your breath
 4. Back to normal position and release your breath slowly
Repeat above step 4-6 times

Everyone want to be a special and that is normally but don’t ever been another people since everyone have is different and unique.In order to be positive uniqe people there are something have to be improve. Below are several items which have to be improved become a special people :
1. Understanding your self , this is very important as first step who know your self is yours.
2. Acceptting your self, whatever you are you have to thanks to God since you are in the world rightnow.

I think how to view a problem is like a plastic ball which we have to out of ball and open it from outside with slowly and surely so we can solve this until we finish.
